The Electrical and Computer Engineering Graduate Student Association (ECEGSA) is an elected departmental graduate student association recognized by the Graduate Student Association of the University of Waterloo. The ECEGSA provides services to all full-time and part-time graduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- organizing and promoting social events for ECE graduate students,
- participating in the development of policies which relate to graduate students, particularly those in ECE,
- assisting with academic activities related to the ECE department and ECE graduate students, and
- encouraging the exchange of information among ECE graduate student population.
